I think I had NBA Live 2008 (or 7 not sure which) and they gave McRoberts and DeQuan Cook like 88. That game as a whole was trash, and i loved the series.

Im gonna switch to 2K9 when I get around to buying a Hoops game

 

I have both Live 09 and 2k9 for my 360. Both games are good but there's one horrible thing in Live 09: If you press the Lay-up button there's a 0,1% chance to miss it. It doesn't metter where you stand when you press the button. The same goes with Alley-oop passes.
That's completely different in NBA 2k9. That's why I favor that game...


BTW: Thad Young had a gr8 game...

 

Exactly if you play a freind all they have to do to win is keep dunking or lay ups it was gay. 2k9 is way more realistic and whole lot better graphics. I have it for ps2 and it looks like a ps3 game. Last 2k game i had was 03 dident like it switched to live and decided to check out 2k again now im hooked lol.
