Sean McDermott is the new defensive coordinator in Carolina according to Chris Mortensen of ESPN. McDermott, was the Eagles defensive coordinator for the past two seasons. He was fired Saturday by Andy Reid. Ron Rivera, who was hired as head coach to replace John Fox, is in the process of filling out his coaching staff.
