With top cornerback Chris Gamble doubtful for Sunday's game against Seattle, the Carolina Panthers have moved cornerback Ron Parker from the practice squad to the active roster. Parker is a second-year player the Panthers picked up in September and signed to the practice squad. He appeared in two games for Seattle and three for Oakland last season. In a corresponding move, the Panthers placed reserve guard Mike Pollak on injured reserve. Pollak has been sidelined since sustaining what was then called a shoulder stinger at practice before Week Two's match against New Orleans. Source: Charlotte Observer
