Raiders To Use Transition Tag On PK Sebastian Janikowski?

    The Raiders are expected to use the transition tag on free agent placekicker Sebastian Janikowski if they can't lock him up to a long-term deal. Because of the uncapped season, all teams have the option of using the franchise tag and the transition tag. The Raiders' franchise tag is likely ticketed for Richard Seymour, so Janikowski will be kept in town with the $2.629M transition tender.

    Al Davis doesn't have to tag Kirk because he and Howard are both restricted FAs if they is no CBA.
    But I fully except Sebass to be signed before FA starts.
