Raiders receiver Louis Murphy was on Chronicle Live Wednesday night and talked about quarterback JaMarcus Russell. He said Russell is "looking really good" at offseason workouts. "He's coming in, leading our group," Murphy said. "He's vocal. He's leading by example, more than anything, working hard. We're doing extra - we're throwing out there. We're trying to bring back the old Raider Nation ways - Just win, baby." Murphy and fellow rookie receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey had a case of the drops in 2009. "We have to get used to (Russell) throwing the ball," Murphy said. "He has a cannon for an arm. It's not easy to catch his balls ... but he throws a good ball. Just with time and working over the months, it will come together."
