Rashad Evans made the long walk from the dressing room to the Octagon at UFC 88 in Atlanta on Saturday night with an undefeated record and the dream of ascending to a light heavyweight title shot on his shoulders. With his devastating knockout of former champion Chuck Liddell, his shoulders now bear only the weight of keeping his undefeated record intact, as the title shot is now within his grasp.

I kept saying this last night.

The winner of this fight gets Griffin.

    Should be an awesome matchup.

Liddell was going to get the shot, so since EVANS knocked his butt out, he deserves it.

You now what, Liddell and Wandy are teh kind of fighters that if they get 2 straigt wins, the will have a title shot. But look a guy like sokodjiu, he will have to rack up 6-7 wins to get his shot.

    For me thats unfair.

I thought Forrest trained w/ XTreme Couture and his new own camp in Vegas?

I'm really happy to see an all TUF championship bout especially at a stacked 205 lb division.
