Washington Redskins tight end Fred Davis, who is recovering from a torn Achilles suffered last season, was cleared to play by Dr. Robert Anderson on Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Anderson said Davis is healing very well and will be 100 percent for organized team activities. He is set to become an unrestricted free agent on March 12.
