Seattle Seahawks tight end Anthony McCoy, who missed all last season after undergoing surgery for a torn Achilles tendon in his right ankle, appears to have torn his left Achilles tendon during practice Tuesday, Terry Blount of ESPN.com reports. "If it is what we think it is, it's just a real heartbreaker," said Seahawks coach Pete Carroll. "Anthony has worked so hard to get back. If it was the same Achilles you might understand it, but it's the other one." McCoy was expected to make the team as the third tight end behind Zach Miller and Luke Willson, but his injury opens an opportunity for Cooper Helfet and rookie RaShaun Allen. Source: The Redzone
