Deon Butler's second stint with the Seahawks didn't last long. Less than two weeks after signing him, the Seahawks waived Butler to make room on the roster for rookie safety Winston Guy. Guy had been serving a four-game suspension for violating the league's policy on performance enhancing substances. Butler was inactive for Seattle's game in Toronto, and was active in Sunday's win over San Francisco but played sparingly. Source: The Herald
