What's in your wallet? Enough to watch the Dallas Cowboys play in their new stadium in Arlington in 2009?

If you're a current season ticket holder, you'll get first crack at season tickets in the new stadium. First you'll have to buy a personal seat license, which for club seats will run $16,000 per ticket to as much as $50,000 -- apparently the highest in the NFL. That will give you the option to buy season tickets, just $3,400 per club seat. Then there's parking.

But, hey, the Cowboys are on a roll. Tony Romo's hot. What's it worth to you?

PREPARE TO PAY UP FOR THOSE TICKETS

What it'll cost for a family of four to keep their club seat season tickets.

$64,000-$200,000 for the personal seat license (good for 30 years)

$13,600 for four season tickets ($340 per ticket for each game)

    $750 for premium parking

    Total: At least $78,350

(Or more, depending on where the seats are located.)

Damn, football is supposed to be the regular working man's sport now the working man cant afford to go to games. What a shame. Then they wonder why crowds dont get into games, its because the people at the games are nt really into football its just to say they went to a game.

If Bears season tickets, parking, and PSLs were to cost that much at Soldier Field, my Dad would tell them to go heck themselves because that would be the day gives up his season tickets. 75 bucks just to park your vechile? Give me a freaking break. For ten home games a year, thats $75 a game. God, the Cowboys new stadium isn't even open yet and those money hungry bastards are trying to rape Cowboys season ticket holders up the butt already. Not all people are that rich. God, these people have bills of all kinds to pay and families to support. I don't care how hot a team is but paying those up the butt prices are not worth it, thats just my opinion. Now, I don't think you're dumb if you pay those prices, but I do honest to god think you would be insane for doing so.

In 1996 we bought PSL's for the Ravens at $750.00 each. To buy them now would cost you $1500.00. We could sell them for whatever $$ and get it. At the time my brother said it was the deal of the millenium. Good call Bro! We sit in the lower bowl and we love our seats. Our ticket prices have doubled in the past 2 seasons with a nice letter from Bisciotti explaining why. No BFD. Gotta sign Heap, McCalister, yada yada. But $16,000.00 as a base for a PSL is a big hit. I am not buying a car. I think I could put in a Home Theater for less than that, and feel like I am there. I know Texas is big. And everything is bigger in Texas........but c'mon..........I hope your bank accounts are bigger.:icon_cool:

I don't know how a fan could justify paying that much.....you know the new Texas Stadium is going corporate.

Unfortunately the only people that will be in Texas stadium will be as Steve said corporations who use their boxes as deal making incentives. Most of the people that sit in those luxury boxes are more concerned with eating and being seen then they are at watching the game and most don't care who wins. It's sad that in a few years the only ones that can afford to see a game will be the extreme wealthy who btw don't understand or love football as well as the ordinary fan. Sad really...

MediaGuy, you guys did get a deal but when a new team sets up the prices aren't high at all, that's the best time to get in on it...the ground floor so to speak.

Every stadium in the NFL is corporate.

Sadly, there are some people out there insane enough to pay those prices.

JJ is thinking about the cash just like with the NFL network. He could care less about the fans except when he tells them that he's trying to put the best product on the field. Unfortunately this is what the NFL is coming too. The game that we all love here is going to be so hard for us average joes to afford ever seeing live. Unless you're in the Bob Euker seats.....There will be wealthy people (corporate/celebs/business owners) that will purchase those seats and pay dearly for them just as another status symbol and will probably be able to use it as a tax deduction when they entertain clients at a game.
I hope it fails miserably but I seriously doubt it will. Still to this day makes me cherish the "free" tickets I got to Lambeau to see Packers play in their SUper Bowl winning season. Took my son and sat on the goal line in 13th row of Packers side.....experience never forgotten.....that and seeing My Steelers at Arrowhead (was in very top row) .
