Linebacker Matt McCoy will re-sign with the Seahawks, his agent confirmed. It is a one-year deal that can be signed on Friday. McCoy's return is a boost to a special-teams group that took some hits Wednesday with the departures of K Olindo Mare to Carolina and LB Will Heller to New Orleans. McCoy, 28, will be entering his seventh season in the league.
