With Steelers' running backs Jonathan Dwyer and Rashard Mendenhall both limited at practice on Thursday, Isaac Redman took the majority of snaps at running back with the first-team offense, Mike Bires of the Beaver County Times reports. After missing the past two games with a high ankle sprain, Redman practiced this week without limitation.

“It was frustrating to sit on the sidelines during those games,â€￾ Redman said. “I doubt if I’ll be 100 percent for the rest of the season. It’s football. Nobody in this locker room is probably at 100 percent right now.â€￾

Even though he was on the practice field the past two days on a limited basis, Mendenhall probably won’t play Sunday against the Giants.

Dwyer, who has rushed for over 100 yards the past two weeks, expects to play Sunday but is unsure if he’ll make his third straight start.
