August 19, 2012 - Staples Center - Los Angeles, California Triple H vs Brock Lesnar World Heavyweight Title Match: Sheamus [c] vs Alberto Del Rio WWE Title Match: CM Punk[c] vs John Cena vs Big Show
Surprising to see Jericho go over Ziggles and then Dolph not cash in MITB over Sheamus. Always a treat to see Bryan go over, though. I can't believe this company still has tag belts they're legitimately trying to push as something other than prop pieces!
Questionable booking by the WWE so far tonight. Antonio Cesaro winning the US title in a pre-show match was the best decision of the night so far. Jericho/Ziggler was fun but who can take Ziggler serious with that name and him jobbing all the time? And the tag team belts stay on two guys who are a slapped together quick fix team. The worst part to boot? It feels no different than a 3 hour RAW.....
I'm not on the WWE signature at the beggining of Raw. I'm not on the collector cups, I'm not on the cover of the program which you shove in my face @ 5 am at the airport to sign so you can sell it on e-bay cus you are too freaking lazy to go get a job! I just checked Twitter. Paul Heyman is trending, HHH is trending, Brock vs HHH is not. THEY LIED TO ME, DAMMIT!
But thank goodness Trips has to get his heat back by doing the heroic lonely walk. Why can't someone have a sense of humor and play the piano solo from The Incredible Hulk for him?

I like how HHH was going for a warrior's sendoff. He got 'you tapped out' chants before lingered around long enough to get the golf clap finish. What a totally disappointing show, especially since this was one of the 'Big 4' and the 25th Summerslam. How can a wrestling company with so much talent lay egg after egg?
