Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll has steadfastly defended his tenure as the head coach at Southern California from 2001-2009 and decried the sanctions imposed on the school by the NCAA last week. But at least one of his current players thinks Carroll made a shrewd move leaving the Trojans behind for the NFL. Seahawks WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh told TMZ that Carroll made the right decision: "Yeah, of course. Get out when the house is burning." Carroll had maintained since he left USC that he did not expect the NCAA to issue sanctions against the school. Source: USA Today
He did not slam carroll, no where in the headline of the link or in the story does it say he slammed carroll. In fact he agrees with what Carroll did. Talk about misleading
