Delanie Walker had the upcoming season opener against the Steelers on his mind Tuesday night when news of a lawsuit against him surfaced. The Titans tight end and former San Francisco 49ers teammate Aldon Smith are named in the lawsuit, filed in California by a man who was shot at a party in June 2012. It alleges Walker and Smith fired weapons illegally on numerous occasions during the party, held at Smith’s home in San Jose. “Most definitely I was shocked, to see something like that on national TV with my name put through the mud,†Walker said on Wednesday. “But I’m not focusing on that.†He said he doesn’t know Ronndale Esporlas, who filed the lawsuit. Asked about the validity of accusations in the suit, Walker said: “At the moment I am just focusing on playing Pittsburgh. … I can’t worry about something that happened a year and a half ago.
