The Star Tribune reported Wednesday that fullback Jerome Felton underwent an emergency appendectomy, according to multiple sources. Felton is expected to miss in the range of two weeks. The Vikings later confirmed the surgery. A 2012 Pro Bowl selection who signed a new multi-year contract in the offseason, Felton was rushed to the hospital shortly after the Vikings' Wednesday morning walk-through.
