The Washington Wizards have signed No. 3 overall draft pick Otto Porter and second-round selection Glen Rice Jr. Under the NBA's scale for rookie salaries, Porter was expected to sign a deal that could pay him up to $19.4 million over four seasons, with the first two seasons guaranteed. Porter averaged 16.2 points and 7.5 rebounds and was the Big East player of the year as a sophomore last season at Georgetown. Rice was selected No. 35 overall by the Philadelphia 76ers. He was acquired by the Wizards in exchange for the 38th and 54th picks. Source: ESPN.com
