  Jay Glazer of Fox is reporting Seattle has traded a 4th round pick in 2011 and conditional draft pick in 2012 to Buffalo for running back Marshawn Lynch Fantasy recommendation: if you’re hurting (I’m looking at you, Ryan Grant owners), grab him. He’ll get the ball in Seattle. The Seahawks released Julius Jones after consummating this deal.
