Washington WR, Malcolm Kelly was drafted in 2008 in the 2nd round (20th pick). At 6-4 & 219 lbs he has the height to become a consistent red zone target & a PPR machine! Watching this kid in the preseason it is obvious the skins are dialing him up in the red zone and it’s all but guaranteed he will start opposite Santana Moss.
