Among all the injury reports this weekend, undoubtedly the most interesting thing is that Lewis is out with an apparent hamstring injury. Those type of injuries definitely linger, so this might be one of the first of many signals pointing to the emergence of Jerome Harrison or James Davis. Davis is a rookie so I expect Harrison to get more carries, and eventually become the starter. So, before you do anything else, go pick up Harrison.

You may not want to play him @BAL this week because he’ll probably get 15 carries for 60 yards or something but he’ll probably emerge as a flex starter or even RB2. Harrison averaged an eye-popping 7.2 ypc last year even if it was only on 34 carries. He definitely has the potential to be fantasy relevant when given the chance.

  1. Jerome Harrison will start at tailback, but isn't a fantasy option against Baltimore's stout run defense.

  2. I still think James Davis will ultimately be the guy. But as we've all seen Mangini makes a lot of bad player decisions.

    • I agree Rustyn, James Davis is a really talented prospect and should take that job at some point in the season.

  3. Jerome Harrison 16 rushes for 52 yards

Damn I was pretty much money on my prediction in this article

  4. I would argue that you shouldn't go get anyone on Cleveland's offense. They're sitting at the same table with the Redskins and Rams in the loser part of the junior high cafeteria, hoping to score some day but doubting their chances.

Especially in that division, I wouldn't pick up Davis, Harrison or Lewis at this point.

    • You can't just ignore players because they are on bad teams.

Look at what Calvin Johnson did last year.

    Look where he is now!
