Fantasy Football Sleepers

Who are the top fantasy football sleepers this season? A sleeper is that rookie, 3rd year player, free agent or heck any player who has an opportunity to produce league winning numbers outside of their ADP. Sleepers are often categorized as players that fall outside of the consensus top 12 QB's, top 24 RB's, top 36 WR's and top 12 TE's. But on this site we don't use hard fast rules. If a player is under appreciated we will call them a sleeper.

Either way you look at them, sleepers have upside to outproduce ADP. Stick with ADP to minimize your risk. You better have a long list and rank those sleeping beauties or else you'll end up with a bunch of has been washed up fantasy duds. So do yourself a favor and check out the articles below, they contain our top fantasy football sleepers for this NFL season.

2012 Fantasy Football Sleepers: Cardinals Running Back Ryan Williams…Again

July 9, 2012 by Greg Brosh

While the Cardinals have always been known for their passing game with WR Larry Fitzgerald, the team’s running game has been a bit off kilter the past few years. Beanie Wells has been great at times, having notched his first 1000-yard season in 2011, but his inconsistencies and history of dealing with nagging knee injuries […]

2012 Fantasy Football Sleeper: Giants Running Back David Wilson

July 8, 2012 by Kurt Turner

When Brandon Jacobs’ seven year tenure as a Giant ended last March, the team immediately was in need of another RB that could share touches with five year veteran Ahmad Bradshaw. And assume even greater responsibilities if and when Bradshaw’s chronic foot problems sidelined him once again. The Giants rectified the situation, by utilizing their […]

2012 Fantasy Football Sleeper: Forget Dallas Clark, Put Stock In Luke Stocker

May 29, 2012 by Greg Brosh

I expect big things out of the Buccaneers in 2012 in both fantasy football and in the NFL. The addition of Vincent Jackson makes the offense that much better and should help Josh Freeman bounce back from a disappointing 2011. The bigger question is who else can step up their game this year? While many […]

2012 Fantasy Football Sleeper: Chargers Receiver Malcom Floyd

May 21, 2012 by Greg Brosh

I can only assume you are saying to yourself “Why does this idiot have a known fantasy football commodity as a sleeper?” While I know Malcom Floyd has been fantasy-worthy for the last couple years, I think he might finally be in line for a big year compared to where he is currently being drafted. […]

Seven Sleepers: Wide Receivers to Watch in 2012

April 17, 2012 by Kurt Turner

First I should define what I mean by sleeper. I don’t mean a player that is undervalued. A fantasy sleeper might be at the correct location in the rankings. Of course, any one considered a sleeper isn’t overvalued. What I mean by a sleeper receiver is one that is currently being drafted outside the top […]
