Fantasy Football Sleepers

Who are the top fantasy football sleepers this season? A sleeper is that rookie, 3rd year player, free agent or heck any player who has an opportunity to produce league winning numbers outside of their ADP. Sleepers are often categorized as players that fall outside of the consensus top 12 QB's, top 24 RB's, top 36 WR's and top 12 TE's. But on this site we don't use hard fast rules. If a player is under appreciated we will call them a sleeper.

Either way you look at them, sleepers have upside to outproduce ADP. Stick with ADP to minimize your risk. You better have a long list and rank those sleeping beauties or else you'll end up with a bunch of has been washed up fantasy duds. So do yourself a favor and check out the articles below, they contain our top fantasy football sleepers for this NFL season.

Digging Down Deep In The Sleeper Bin

July 9, 2011 by Greg Brosh

For this edition of my Fantasy Football Sleepers series on running backs, I really had to dig deep into the fantasy bin in the hopes I can pick a name that almost no one in your league will think of drafting. Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you Colts RB Delone Carter. “Greg, WTF are you […]

At long last, I am finally back in my SLEEPER mode and ready to hit you guys with another fantasy prospect I think will gain a lot of value between now and Week One. News has been hitting hard and often regarding Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew’s injured knee this offseason. MJD injured the knee […]

2011 Fantasy Sleepers: Josh Freeman

July 7, 2011 by Kurt Turner

As the leader of one of the youngest teams in the NFL, Buccaneers quarterback Josh Freeman demonstrated why he was one of the top picks in the NFL Draft last season. In a surprisingly efficient and clutch way, he led an average Bucs team to a winning record in a stingy division littered with Super […]
