I hate watching this team. I really do. I haven't felt that since 2002. I mean, who turned Tony Romo into Quincy Carter? Why are we passing with the lead in the 4th quarter? WHY?!?!?!?! I'm not ready to give up yet. Hopefully, we run over the Chiefs next week to boost some confidence, but it doesn't look good. God, I hate Wade...and I hate Garrett even more!!!

Well, I predicted the Broncos would win this game shutting down the Cowboys sorry group of receivers. This team lacks focus with penalty after penalty and lack of playmaking talent on offense. Roy Williams is a has been Romo is no longer a top QB. Maybe Emmitt Smith was right with his assumption this is a sub five hundred team. Oh by the way TJ lay off the Cowboys Kool aid there not a playoff team.
Our offense has always had holes in the passing game. Romo was always a bit overrated when it comes to his overall ability, but he's now missing simple game management passes. This loss wasn't entirely on him though. Flozell cant handle speed rushers at all. Blitzes confuse Romo and he is showing more panic in the pocket than in the past. He's also looking more visibly frustrated and unhappy during the games. I used to want him to be a bit more serious and less goofy smiles, but without the smiles he lacks confidence. If 75% of our team and coaching staff don't step up their game, we may not see .500 football again.
the broncos defense looked good but romo was not accurate today and most of his offensive players don't know what they're doing on half the plays. he has to be an on the field coach for some reason which i'm sure takes away from his abilities to play his position.
llol we're one of the worst teams in the NFL, funny stuff mike. "Ware blows" lol... I'm not sure what's worse going to cowboys board and reading ware blows or coming here and reading Mike's posts. I suppose it's the Cowboys board, that place isn't a pretty sight right now. Roy Williams is okay. There are some positives to take away from this game, but most of all it was really just a frustrating experience for us fans. Going into Denver, in that atmosphere against a fast defense like that isn't exactly easy though keep that in mind whether you want to admit that denver has a fast D, home advantage or not. I thought Brooking played well, same goes for Jenkins. I'm a Cowboys fan, through and through I'm going to support my team week in and week out and remain hopeful we can win more games than we lose and hopefully crack the playoffs. It's a long season, divisions, wild cards, and super bowls aren't won in October. I'm not happy about Garrett, or Wade for that matter either but ima try and remain positive. as for you mike you can just fuk off and watch your crapty butt cavaliers, by the sound of it your more excited about them anyways, you have nothing new to add to the Cowboys discussions so maybe just stay the heck away from them, while we can have some real discussion and pop back in when you have something worthy to add.
what do you add roy your blatant homerism, the inablity to accept the fact that this team is really bad this season. you can heck off and goto hell for all i care.
Roy, I admire your hope and optimism. I've always been and will always be a pessimist as optimism leads to disappointment. I'm too old to handle those ups and downs.
I'd further add, from the small posts I've read here, they aren't pessimistic, but REALISTIC. This team has several fronts in which they need significant improvement. Offensively: 1. our blocking speed rushers and blitz schemes needs work. 2. We're sloppy/undisciplined with penalties. 3. Romo is turning the ball over and missing throws. He's looking more nervous, less confident and is still not managing the game well as he's not connecting on key passes. 4. Our RB's are banged up but are a bright spot when healthy. 5. Roy Williams needs to consistently make #1 WR plays. Due to a couple of the reasons above as well as other circumstances, he hasn't. Defensively, 1. Our CB's aren't great on islands (yes Newman included but he's pretty good most of the time). 2. Overall, we're a bend but don't break unit, but the secondary can be broken regularly. Safeties need to get over to WR's sooner and we need to make better plays with that unit. I do feel we can be run on as well b/c of our blitz packages and size in the 3-4. I would say that the defense isn't as large of a necessity sans the secondary unit.
Don't be mad, He's right. Call it "blatant homerism" all you want, But a true fan stays by his team the whole year. In all seriousness, you sound like a Eagles fan last year. They started off crapty, 5-5-1. Benched their QB, Brought him back the next week, and from there on they rolled all the way to the NFC Championship by going up and down, up and down. You can be postives about all the " Ups " but you can't see crap if we lose. Trust me, I'm pissed off right now too, but i'm not being a freaking rodhead about it. Romo was off so bad today, it wasn't funny. Our play calling for an entire game was terrible, Yes.. it was. And we all know that. We had to go through 4 turnovers against the Giants, and we lose by 2. Today we had to go through no offense at all, a INT in the redzone, and playing crapty for 60 minutes.. and we was still in a position to force overtime. And you call this team bad? Thats the dumbest god **mn crap i've ever heard. We have a good team, just like nearly every team in the NFL, we have our flaws. That and we're being drug down by our coaching staff.. Today I saw something for the first time that i'm aware of in all of football, unless they had broken legs. A Coach, Sitting down, trying to get his team motivated. WR Coach Ray Sherman, sitting down on the bench, talking to the receivers... I've never saw it. If our whole staff is gone after this season, I would not be surprised.
