Bengals WR Chad Ochocinco Guarantees TD, "Ricky Bobby Dance"

During a span of a nine-minute conference call with Baltimore reporters Wednesday, Ochocinco worked himself up like a carnival barker to hype up a matchup between the Bengals (3-1) and the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday at M&T Bank Stadium that holds a lot importance with AFC North supremacy at stake. First, Ochocinco said he was going to hit Ravens middle linebacker Ray Lewis in the mouth. And he guaranteed to score a touchdown and then perform a "Ricky Bobby" dance to mimic actor Will Ferrell running across the racetrack in Talladega Nights.

I've seen the movie several times but what exactly is the Ricky Bobby dance?

 

I could only stand to watch that movie once, and I wouldn't make myself watch it again just to find out.
