Giants QB Eli Manning Unlikely To Start Sunday?

Mike Garafolo of The Star-Ledger and NJ.com is reporting via his Twitter Page that it's not looking good for New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning to start Sunday. Garafolo writes, "Not hearing a lot of optimism on Eli tonight. Not at all. Too far away from Sun to say he'll be out but a lot of progress must be made. #nyg"

Garafollo is an idiot. Manning is practicing today and they have said that hes not showing any limp. He's wearing and arch support in his right foot. Manning starts on sunday, book it

You'd think if they felt any concern for his longterm health they'd rest him - They should be able to breeze past Oakland without him.

 

This was a nighttime tweet in a twitter convo that is very old news at this point. At the least this should have been removed as a top story, but it probably should be replaced with that he practiced and looked good today.

 

He's beaten the Raiders with -5 passing yards, so it's possible. LOL

 

Is Russel benched hurt? I heard something about this last week I think but can't remember.
Either way I like 7+:1 odds for an upset pick.
