The Lions would like to try to make some moves before the trading deadline, but GM Martin Mayhew has to be careful. There has to be a strong desire to make a big move to help the team -- Oakland Raiders Pro Bowl cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha is rumored to also be on the block -- but at what price? Source: MLive.com
I would say a team would have to be complete idiots to do this, but it is the Raiders. It's not unheard of either. The Skins traded Champ Bailey.
no way this is happening namndi is an al davis guy he never trades his guys it would be for something ridiculous if he does.
there were nnamdi to steelers rumors....i would love it, but i believed vick to pittsburgh rumors more lol
^^^This is so freaking true it's scary, Marcus Allen was a Davis guy and even after dating his daughter against his wishes Davis refused to trade Allen he tortured him by sitting him for years.
In order to get Asomugha that teams owner would have to allow Al Davis to transfer his soul into his youngest sons body so he could live for another 60 years.
hes not going anywhere. A team would have to give up multiple picks and that might not be enough unless they were getting a 1 and 2.
would love to see him in a steeler uniform we havent had a lockdown bump and run corner in a long time!
Lol. I love all of these 'no way he gets traded' posts. It would take one, maybe two, of the following to pry Nnamdi away. 1. A RB/WR that runs a 4.3 40-yard dash. No other skill required. 2. A QB who can chuck the ball 70 yards. No other skill required. 3. A 4th round draft pick (see Randy Moss)
hope he's traded to dallas definitely will make an impact on defense and shore up a suspect secondary.
