I think we will get back on track but we need to do it fast. Running the ball needs to be the #1 priority right now. The defense is in good shape besides trotter he shouldent be playing. No excuses about not winning when you only give up 13 and score 9.
Daddy, I gotta say you are a diehard Raiders fan and that's cool ................... but what happened yesterday WAS a surprise no matter what team you root for. It would have been equal to the Chiefs beating the Saints or the Browns beating the Colts .............. would either of those upsets surprise you?
Well he was right about the reason they won so he probably did see it coming. We passed 80% of the time on KC and tampa and andy i guess thought could do that vs the raiders.
well, you and I and DPT agree on the reason they lost AFTER the game was completed .......... it's just kind of weak to not say anything at all about a game the entire week leading up to it and then come in AFTER the fact and say "Oh, I knew it was going to happen." .................. just sayin' ............ and bib, I agree that the Eagles will regroup and come back strong. I mentioned this week in one of the threads when we were talking about getting more carries to Westbrook/McCoy that I thought Reid was probably passing a lot early in the season by design. Making defenses respect the pass will open up the running game for December/January. It didn't work this week but I'm sure he was hoping to get a few more games with a pass-heavy gameplan. They'll be fine though.
Also todd herremans coming back this week and peters is ok thats huge. The eagles usually do well after losses and we have the redskins coming in. This is a must win just to get the teams confidence back if we dont win it could break our season.
This was a trap game for the Eagles, but the way they lost was inexcusable and typical Andy Reid arrogance. His refusal to run the ball angered me to no end. Your running backs are averaging over 5 yards a carry and the Raiders pass rush was overwhelming King Dunlap and company. It made zero sense to only run the backs 11 times. Cut Trotter now.

Ill be honest i thought we were going to get massacred with westbrook and McCoy. If bradshaw and Jacobs demolished us, i sure thought westbrook and McCoy would to. i have to find the link where i read that they were planning to pass and it gave me hope. Our secondary is top notch and pierce pissed off the D-line so they put the pressure on mcnabb so they played into our hands when they kept running pass plays. I never said i knew it was going to happen i said i wasnt surprise.
With all this stuff you been spewing I'd be embarrassed to come in here too. I've read so many of your posts since yesterday and just shake my head.

I dident say anything wrong you might disagree with it but i dont really care. like when you said i was using the peters thing as a excuse. I dident i even gave props to raiders fans that they outplayed us and our strategy was garbage. Doesent change the fact that peters going out was a big factor in the game.
