what does everyone think Miles Austin will do this week..... will he keep climbing up the ladder or was he a one hit wonder?
I doubt he will ever have a game as good as he did against the Chiefs. Not saying he's a one hit wonder, but that was his big shot.
i think that was the game to get him noticed, now he will just be one of those recievers... nothing special but not horrible......
He sounds like a good guy, I wish him well in life. He's got talent, but don't put it all on the stats from his record setting yardage game for the Cowboys against the Chiefs.
Miles Austin actually had a good game, short on catches that game.. but he's made an impact in a huge way before, week 3.. 2008, against Green Bay. NFL Game Center: Dallas Cowboys at Green Bay Packers - 2008 Week 3 watch the highlights.. he made two huge plays for us that game. as for how I think he will do.. it's going to be tough.. Falcons just lost a CB for the season, Williams.. who they got from Jacksonville.. We should have all 3 running backs healthy and ready to go, with Roy back.. Am I expecting 10 catches, 250 yards? and a possible 4 tds? .. no. not at all. Im Expecting 4-5 catches for Miles, maybe 50-60 yards.. and the possibility of a touchdown. Those should be his weekly stats if our Offense can get a rythym on a consistent basis.
I can't be sure but Roy Williams...i just dont see him making an awesome reentry into the lineup. We had him for all of 2 sec....he did crap and it wasnt worth it. Miles Austin well at least the kid can catch but I do agree with ppl .....teams see him now and that puts him at a catching advantage. I dont like crayton or roy so well Im hopeful he does well...I would be happy with like 10 pts ....lol
