    Gotta love that slimy, double talk lawyer-speak. Why put loopholes in for flexibility when the rules could clearly spell it out?

    Understand all of these loopholes and the Bucs are STILL $30 million under the cap. Cheap bastards.

    Yeah it just pisses me off that these loorholes are allowing the Glazers to funnel profits to their soccer team.
