Tila Tequila Files Suit Against Shawne Merriman

TV personality Tila Tequila has filed a suit against Chargers LB Shawne Merriman alleging he abused her during an incident in September. TMZ reported that Tequila is seeking damages for assault, battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress. Tequila's civil suit alleges that Merriman has a drug problem and a temper that led him to rage against her, TMZ reported.
