Like former teammate Roy Williams before him (horse-collar), Flozel Adams' dirty tactics against the New York Giants will likely result in the NFL creating or modifying a rule this offseason. NFL V.P. of officiating Mike Pereira, talking about Adams' personal foul at the end of the secondary quarter on Sunday, said Giants head coach Tom Coughlin was promised the rule would be reviewed. "It will be interesting to see how the Competition Committee addresses it," Pereira said. "I already promised Tom Coughlin on Monday after the game that I would present it to the committee, and I'm sure it will be one of the things that they look at."

its just not fair to throw a flag at the end of the half and have nothing done about it in the second half. there should have been 15 yards addressed on the kick off, or kick em out of the game.
