The Eagles worked out former Kansas City Chiefs WR Will Franklin, former Colts & Steelers DE Marcus Howard and former Browns LB Leon Williams this week. Franklin, who personnel evaluators say fits in as a slot receiver, was selected in the fourth round of the 2008 draft by the Chiefs. Williams was once highly thought of by the former coaching staff with the Browns, but inconsistency plagued him during his three seasons with the team.
