They are talking about the screwjob when Vince McMahon walks in, Armstrong leaves WWE Intercontinental Champion John Morrison b. Mike Knox. After the match, Morrison got on the mic and cut a babyface promo Chris Jericho & Kane congratulate Matt Hardy's team on replacing their old team, who "weren't ready" They cut to a Divas promo featuring WWE Women's Champion Michelle McCool, Beth Phoenix, Mickie James and Mae Young. He says that later on tonight Rey Mysterio and Batista will have a heart to heart to discuss what happened at the PPV. He talks about the title match at Survivor Series and is interrupted by Chris Jericho. Jericho says he should get the title shot, not Big Show. Long says the Bragging Rights trophy is the property of Smackdown and takes it away from Jericho. Kane interrupts and says he deserves a title shot since he was co-captain. Jericho argues with Kane, who starts choking him. Long tells Kane to let Jericho go, and he does. Long says if Raw is going to have a triple threat title match, so is Smackdown. Tonight it will be Kane vs. Jericho, and the winner gets put into the title match at Survivor Series WWE Intercontinental champ Morrison vs. Dolph Ziggler. Dolph tells Morrison that he's the only member of the SD roster that lost at Bragging Point and Morrison says he doesn't recall seeing Dolph actually have a match. Ziggler wins by countout after dropping Morrison on the SD announce table Backstage, Vince McMahon congratulates Teddy Long on winning at Bragging Rights. CM Punk comes in and says he should be in the title match at Survivor Series and that he'd still be champ if it wasn't for Scott Armstrong's shoddy officiating. Vince agrees with Punk and says tonight Punk will have a match against Scott Armstrong. Punk loves the idea and thanks Vince Beth Phoenix defeated Janie Butch. Beth was cheered by the crowd Announced for later tonight: Cryme Tyme presents a Divas Halloween costume contest Vickie Guerrero comes out dressed like a princess. She says she wants to introduce everyone to her Prince Charming, Eric Escobar. He has a match against Matt Hardy, which Hardy wins Rey Mysterio is shown backstage walking to the ring, his heart to heart with Batista is next Rey Mysterio comes out and talks about what happened at Bragging Rights. He says that he considers Batista family and he's not leaving the ring until they talk about it like men. Batista comes out and asks Rey how dare he call him out. Rey says he just wants to straighten things out, Batista tells him he's giving him a chance to leave the ring. Rey refuses to leave and tells Batista that it was a Fatal 4 Way, did he not expect him to try to win? He says Batista is like his big brother and he's willing to let bygones be bygones, that if he had known being in the match was going to interfere with their friendship, he would have never been in the match. Batista gives Rey one last chance to leave the ring, Rey won't go. Rey says to think about everything they've been through, to think about Eddy. Batista says 'Eddy's dead', that he's not thinking about Rey, he's thinking about himself. Batista leaves the ring and walks off Backstage, Matt Hardy approaches Batista and tells him to think about what he's doing. There are things he did to Jeff that he wishes he could take back but he can't, and that Rey and Batista really are family. Batista walks off and Matt turns around and starts texting on his cell phone, Batista comes up from behind and attacks him Drew McIntyre comes out and says he didn't want to be a part of Team Smackdown to begin with, as he will be making his own impact. He says the party is over for his opponent. Finlay comes out but Drew attacks him as he stepped on the apron. Drew beats him down. The match never officially happened. Refs comes out to help Finlay Cryme Tyme comes out to host the Divas Halloween costume contest. The 4 divas involved were Natalya (dressed as a Matador), Layla (dressed as Michael Jackson), Michelle McCool (dressed as a devil) and Mickie James (dressed as Elektra). Each Diva does a quick routine, Mickie is picked as the winner based on crowd response. She gets attacked by the other divas but is able to take down Layla and Natalya, but McCool gets a kick to the back of Mickie's head in. McCool walks off. CM Punk defeated Scott Armstrong with the GTS Chris Jericho pinned Kane with the Code Breaker to gain entry into the World championship bout at the Survivor Series
Taping Date: 11/3/09 - Air Date: 11/6/09 - Dunkin' Donuts Center - Providence, Rhode Island Smackdown opens with World champion The Undertaker discussing his Survivor Series title defense. Chris Jericho comes out and says he, not the Taker, is the true Phenom of the WWE. Taker grabs him by the throat. Jericho fights back but Taker gets the upper hand and Jericho retreats The Rey Mysteiro and Batista video package was shown again Dolph Ziggler and The Hart Dynasty over John Morrison and Cryme Time. Ziggler hit his finisher on Shad for the win. Morrison appeared to injure his ribs during the very early part of the match and tagged out quickly Josh Matthews conducted a sit down interview with Rey Mysterio. He spoke about Batista turning his back on him and vowed that Batista will see a side of Rey that he's never seen before Beth Phoenix over a local female wrestler in squash match Drew McIntyre defeated Jimmy Wang Yang Batista did a quick backstage interview with Josh Matthews. When they did a close up of Dave's face you could see his lovely nose stud Rey Mysterio over Mike Knox. A solid match. Rey won with the 619/Splash combo R-Truth defeated CM Punk when referee Scott Armstrong gave him a fast count. Afterwards, Punk complained and said he was going to file a complaint to the higher-ups Backstage with Mickie James, Layla, and Michelle McCool. Teddy says he doesn't need Vickie's advice. Vince McMahon comes in and names Vickie a Smackdown consultant Drew McIntyre comes out, a Finlay/McIntyre promo is shown. The promo is proceeded by Finlay vs. McIntyre. McIntyre wins via pinfall after a double arm DDT CM Punk comes out and gives his typical Straight Edge promo. R-Truth comes out and interrupts him. He attacks Punk and dumps a trash can on him filled with alcohol, cigarettes and prescription medication Josh Mathews interviews Batista backstage. He talks about how Rey Mysterio embarrassed him. Morrison got the first fall via pinfall. Ziggler got the second via pinfall after hitting Zig Zag. After the match, Michelle McCool sings an E-I-E-I-O parody on Mickie Batista comes out to do commentary for Rey Mysterio vs. Tyson Kidd w/Natalya. Taping Date: 11/24/09 - Air Date: 11/27/09 - Harbor Yard Arena - Bridgeport, Connecticut Smackdown opens with Chris Jericho in the ring discussing the TLC match for the Unified Tag Team championships at the TLC PPV. He then turns his attention to the announced Batista vs. Kane match tonight, noting it will name the new top contender for the Undertaker's World championship. He claims he should be in the match. Teddy Long comes out and announced Jericho vs. The Undertaker in a non-title match for later The Hart Dynasty defeated Cryme Time Backstage, Vickie Guerrero and Eric Escobar demand Teddy Long grant Escobar a Intercontinental championship bout. Long makes the match and says it will be his only shot CM Punk comes out with Festus and a brown paper bag. Punk introduces Drew Gallows, formerly Festus. Punk said his friends gave him pills in the past and that's why Festus was in the state he was in, but that's in the past. Punk said that what he has inside the bag comes out 12/1 and he's scared that it will be available to the public. Punk pulls the Jeff Hardy DVD. Out comes Matt Hardy, who defends his brother Matt Hardy defeats CM Punk by DQ after Festus interferes. They beat down Hardy afterwards Backstage, Mickie James is asked about Michelle McCool's video last week. James said that no matter how juvenile Layla and McCool get, she's worked hard to get here and she's not leaving Smackdown Batista defeated Kane by countout to become the new number one contender to the World championship WWE Intercontinental champion John Morrison defeated Eric Escobar. After the bout, Vickie Guerrero yelled at, slapped and spit on Escobar Backstage, Escobar and Guerrero argue. Escobar tells Vickie that she makes him sick and every time she kisses him, he has to wash his mouth out with disinfectant. He tells her they are over World champion The Undertaker defeated Chris Jericho by DQ. Batista was at ringside doing commentary. Batista attacked Taker as he was setting up a tombstone. The episode ended with Batista beating down Taker
Taping Date: 11/29/09 - Air Date: 12/4/09 - Hampton Coliseum - Hampton, Virginia R-Truth beat CM Punk by DQ after Luke Gallos interfered, the bout ended with Gallos giving R-Truth a bear hug. Punk and Gallos taunted the crowd gaining a lot of heat with R-Truth still on the ground Kane beat Mike Knox in a pretty quick match Mickie James beat Beth Phoenix and Natayla to become the Number One Contender for the Women's Championship. It wasn't specified when she'd get the shot but after the match, since Michelle McCool and Layla were ringside at the announcer's table, Mickie James attacked them and got double teamed until Maria came out and helped Mickie fend them off Vickie Guerrero came out after being embarrassed last week by Eric Escobar and said that Eric needed to come out and beg to come back to her. Eric came out but said he was sorry for ever meeting her. Vickie set up a handicap match between Escobar and the Hart Dynasty. DH Smith and Tyson Kidd beat Eric Escobar in a handicap match. Pretty short one at that Backstage, Batista is complaining to Teddy Long about Undertaker calling him out tonight but Long said it wasn't his problem. Long however told Batista that next week on Smackdown that Batista and Mysterio will have a street fight match Drew McIntyre beat John Morrison in a really decent match, didn't see McIntryre beating Morrison at all. Crowd wasn't pleased Big Show and Jericho beat Cryme Tyme after Big Show got tagged in and hit Shad with a one hit "KO" Undertaker came out to a pretty sweet entrance only to get beat down by Batista with a chair. Batista kept knocking Taker around with it until referee Scott Armstrong got involved
Taping Date: 12/8/09 - Air Date: 12/11/09 - Toyota Center in Houston, Texas Smackdown starts with Batista cutting an in-ring promo. He says that he didn't ask for a match with Rey Mysterio tonight. He said that since he's focused on winning the World championship, fans are booing him. He says he doesn't care because it's not about the fans, it's about the title. Batista says he doesn't need Rey or the fans. Come Sunday, he's going to beat the Undertaker and win the World title CM Punk and Gallows defeated Matt Hardy and R-Truth. Punk cut a promo before the match talking about drugs. He shows the Jeff Hardy DVD and says the Jeff Hardy DVD will give you hallucinations. He says parents are pathetic for buying it for their children. Hardy came out with a bag of the DVD to give out Kane is shown walking in the back. He comes across Mike Knox who says they are alike, both monsters. He says he wants to fight Kane again. Kane says Knox isn't in a monster, but he will get his wish In a backstage segment, Vickie Guerrero tells Eric Escobar he'll be facing Chris Jericho tonight Jericho vs. Escobar. Vickie comes out and announces it's actually a handicap match with Big Show. WWE Unified Tag Team champions Chris Jericho & Big Show defeated Escobar. They cut a promo on DX for the PPV Drew McIntyre comes out and cuts a promo, promising John Morrison won't be WWE Intercontinental champion for long. John Morrison comes out dressed in full Scottish regalia, i.e. Mel Gibson in Braveheart. He was carrying a sword and may have even accidentally nicked himself above the eye with it. Morrison promises he won't lose the title. They get into a little skirmish. In the end, McIntyre powders out of the ring and exits through the crowd Kane defeated Mike Knox Mickie James and Maria defeated Michelle McCool and Layla El Batista defeated Rey Mysterio in a Street Fight. After the bout, Batista put a chair around Mysterio's neck and climbed to the ropes. Before he could jump off, the lights went out and when they returned, The Undertaker was in the ring and Mysterio was gone. Taker unloads on Batista. He grabs a chair but Batista escapes
Taping Date: 12/15/09 - Air Date: 12/18/09 - Laredo Entertainment Center in Laredo, Texas Teddy Long comes to the ring, and announces there will be a new number 1 contender by the end of the night. Batista comes out and basically says he deserves it. Mexicans own Rey Mysterio comes out and says that Batista's nothing but a bully. It doesn't take a big muscled guy like him to be world champion. Teddy sets up Rey Mysterio vs Batista, winner gets a world championship title shot next week John Morrison, Matt Hardy & R-Truth vs CM Punk, Luke Gallos, and Drew McIntyre. Morrison came to a big response, followed by Hardy's bigger response, then R-Truth came out to the same as Morrison. Drew McIntyre barely got heat, and CM Punk did get a lot of heat. Ending came with Punk hitting Matt w/ his slammy while the ref was turned around Eric Escobar comes out to a mixed-like reaction. He disses Vickie who comes out and brings Kane for his opponent tonight. Kane defeats Escobar in like 2 minutes, maybe less. Vickie makes this VERYYY Annoying laugh. Eric then tells her something like she's still more painful Chris Jericho comes out. He cuts a promo and has trouble saying 'Hypocrites'.. Crowd starts chanting Culero to him. Khali comes out to a good reaction, and just 1-2 minutes in, Jericho get's counted out. Khali then dances a bit. The Hart Dynasty vs Jimmy wang yang and Slam Master J. Hart Dynasty win after their move, The Springboard Hart Attack. Natalya cuts a promo saying next week they'll defeat DX for the titles. Beth Phoenix vs Maria. Beth pins Maria in 4-5 minutes tops. Batista vs Rey Mysterio. Good match. Back and fourth match, with many pin attempts. Crowd was very hot for this one, Some cheered Dave, but 95% cheered Mysterio. Ending came with Batista going for a move carrying Mysterio but Mysterio reverses it to a motified pin for the win.
Taping Date: 12/20/09 - Air Date: 12/25/09 - Amway Arena - Orlando, Florida Opens with Vickie Guerrero and Teddy Long in the kitchen. Vickie brags about her "delicious Christmas recipes" including potatoes and turkey. When her back is turned, Hornswoggle appears on the table and takes a huge bite out of her turkey John Morrison, Matt Hardy, Finlay, and R-Truth vs. Dolph Ziggler, Drew McIntyre, CM Punk and Lke Gallows. Good match, lots of back and forth. All eight men were in the ring at the same time hitting their finishers. Morrisin hits Starship Pain on Ziggler for the pin Rey Mysterio vs. Undertaker ended in DQ when Batista attacked Taker during the match, as Taker was about to deliver the chokeslam on Rey. Taker laid out Batista and then Rey hit Taker with the hurricanrana and Batista with 619 Cyime Tyme rolled Slam Master J, dressed as Santa, backstage. They stole his gift bag, jacket, and went out and tossed the gifts to the fans at ringside Cryme Tyme defeat two jobbers. They continued handing out presents and gifts to ringside fans Mickie James and Maria defeated Beth Phoenix and Layla. Lots of heat for Layla and Michelle McCool who was doing commentary at ringside. After Mickey pinned Layla, she went to get her some of McCool. That led to a 3 on 2 attack which did not bode well for Mickie and Maria Segment with Chris Jericho where he whines and complains about losing the tag belts to DX. He then questions why the Hart Dynasty is deserving of a title shot. Harts come down. Jericho backstrokes a little but again questions why they deserve tag title shot. DX interuppts them via the big screen. DX say they have Christmas presents for Jericho and Hart Dynasty. For Jericho, they have a "Tickle Me Big Show" doll which farts when you press his stomach. They also have a one way ticket out of RAW. For the Hart Dynasty they have a 1 way ticket to Canada where there is snow, bears, hockey, more snow and more bears. Pretty typical DX stuff here. Jericho then tells Hart Dynasty to make an impact because this is how DX plays their immature childish games. And then, the Hart Dynasty hit their finisher on Jericho. Another segment with Vickie and Teddy. Vickie apologizes for the previous Hornswoggle interruption. Vickie shows off her stuffing recipe which Teddy finds disgusting and asks how the Guerreros can eat that stuff. Hornswoggle appears again and throws a pie in both Vickie and Teddy's face. DX beat The Hart Dynasty in the main event with a Pedigree. Before the match, Triple H gives his own rendition of "Twas the Night Before Christmas." After the match, Hornswoggle appears and poses with DX as SmackDown goes off the air
Taping Date: 12/29/09 - Air Date: 1/1/10 - Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey Tonight's show will feature a Beat The Clock Tournament. The tournament winner will face The Undertaker for The World Heavyweight Championship at The Royal Rumble CM Punk vs Matt Hardy in a Beat The Clock Match: CM Punk wins with The GTS at 7:20. Post match saw Gallows and Punk continue to beat up Hardy in the ring Dolph Ziggler vs Kane in a Beat The Clock Match: The Time Runs Out but Ziggler continues to work on Kane anyway A guy came out to the ring in a Carolina Panthers jersey. He was called "The Carolina Panther." The Great Khali then comes out and the match is Khali vs The Carolina Panther. Khali wins with the Khali Bomb immediately. This match was most likely booked because The Panthers recently beat The New York Giants John Morrison vs Drew McIntyre in a Intercontinential Title Match. McIntyre wins via DQ after pushing Morrison into the ref, but the ref didn't see the push so he DQ'd Morrison. The two continued to battle up the entrance ramp Beth Phoenix vs. Mickie James with Michelle McCool and Layla on commentary: Mickie scores the pin fall after a quick roll-up. Following the match, McCool and Layla hit the ring and attack Mickie James. Beth Phoenix then attacks McCool and ends up hitting her finisher on Mickie James before leaving the ring Jeircho then hits the ring and says that he belongs on both Raw and Smackdown because he's bigger than both shows and he's bigger than WWE Chris Jericho vs Rey Mysterio in a Beat The Clock Match: Mysterio wins with a roll-up with 1 second left on the clock. He is now the new time to beat The Hart Dynasty and Natalya vs Jimmy Wang Yang, Slam Master J and Maria: The Hart Dynasty wins, and after the match Maria and Natalya continue to fight. Natalya locks on the sharpshooter for a bit before leaving the ring Batista vs R-Truth in a Beat the Clock Match with Rey Mysterio at ringside: The time ran out when Rey Mysterio pulled the ref out of the ring as Batista was pinning R-Truth. Rey Mysterio is therefore the winner of the beat the clock challenge Vickie Guerrero then came out and said that due to what just happened in the Batista vs R-Truth bout there will be a number one contender's match next week on Smackdown. It will be Batista vs Rey Mysterio with the winner facing The Undertaker at The Royal Rumble
There are a lot worse that are higher up the food chain, especially when you've got guys like Botchtista and Cena who are main eventing.
Taping Date: 1/5/10 - Air Date: 1/8/10 - Freedom Hall - Louisville, Kentucky Batista comes out and says that while Vickie Guerrero tried to make things right last week, she isn't the General Manager, so his match with Rey Mysterio won't happen. He calls out Teddy Long for an explanation but instead out comes Rey Mysterio, who says he is ready to go and they can have the match if Batista wants it, so the match is on for tonight Dolph Ziggler defeated Kane by countout They announce that later tonight, CM Punk will save a member of the WWE Universe In a backstage segment, Michelle McCool, Layla El and Beth Phoenix all make fun of "Piggy James." Layla and Michelle apologize to Beth for last week. Phoenix tells Layla they have a match tonight and she better get serious Backstage, Chris Jericho asks the Hart Dynasty if they are ready to make an impact. They tell him they've been ready and what happened to Bret Hart on Raw was an embarrassment Chris Jericho & The Hart Dynasty defeated Cryme Time & R-Truth CM Punk and Luke Gallows come out and "save" a member of the WWE Universe. He picks someone out from the crowd and asked him if he is ready to be safe. The fan say he thinks so and Punk asked him if he's ready to stop or not. The fan says he is ready to stop. Punk said OK, then said there's one more thing he needs to do to become part of the straightedge lifestyle, cut his hair. The fan refuses at first but finally agrees. Gallows takes out an electric razor and shaves the fan's head bald Luke Gallows defeated Matt Hardy Backstage, Teddy Long and Maria are discussing her being part of the upcoming Celebrity Apprentice cast. Vickie Guerrero arrives and says she would have been part of the cast as well, but she's been too busy. She shows Maria the new WWE action figure roles and asks her to do a sales pitch for them. The Great Khali and Runjin Singh arrive and Khali says that Guerrero's figure reminds him of a cow Beth Phoenix defeated Layla El. Michelle McCool attacked Beth after the match but Mickie James made the save, then kicked Phoenix as well WWE Intercontinental champion Drew McIntyre was being interviewed backstage when John Morrison showed up and told McIntyre he has to cheat to beat him. They ended up in a brawl, which security broke up Rey Mysterio vs. Batista went to a no contest when the lights went out and when they returned, both men were unconscious

Taping Date: 1/19/10 - Air Date: 1/22/10 - Bi-Lo Center - Greenville, South Carolina Finlay beat Batista by DQ. Batista beat down Finlay by throwing him into the steps and slamming him on the floor. Batista said what he did to Finlay is the same thing he would do to HHH, Michaels and Cena at the Royal Rumble and will end the Undertaker streak at WM Dolph Ziggler beat Jimmy Wang Yang with a rear naked choke hold CM Punk and Luke Gallows come out saved another fan. This time it is a hyper fan named Serena and Punk shaves her long hair off till she is completely bald Handicap match: Chris Jericho & Drew McIntyre vs. John Morrison. Teddy Long comes out and makes it a tag team match. Morrison's tag partner is R-Truth. John Morrison & R-Truth win when Truth pins Jericho after a scissor kick Michelle McCool and Layla make fun of Mickie James with a buffet of food. Maria interferes and calls them morons. Mickie comes out and says Michelle and Layla think they are great but really they are nothing. She points at the audience and says this is what real women look like. She says Michelle will never run her off Smackdown. Michelle says the WWE fans get to watch Animal Planet and WWE at the same time when Mickie is on TV. Catfight ensues. Beth Phoenix runs in and helps Michelle and Layla. They shove a 'Piggie' cake into Mickie's face and dump punch on her Mike Knox & Charlie Haas vs. Cryme Tyme gets interrupted by Kane, who lays everyone out Matt Hardy & Great Khali d. The Hart Dynasty when Hardy rolled up DH Smith Rey calls out Taker. He says he is not afraid of him. Taker says he admires Rey's bravery but at the Royal Rumble he will defeat Rey and Rey will rest in peace. As Taker walks out, Batista lays out Rey and runs away through the crowd. Dark Match: Rey vs. Batista: It's a no DQ match. They brawl with weapons for a bit. Jericho interferes and hits the codebreaker on Rey. Matt Hardy runs in with a twist of fate to Jericho. CM Punk runs in and hits GTS on Hardy. Kane runs in and chokeslams Punk. Batista spears Kane. Rey jumps back in and attacks Batista. Kane chokeslams Batista and Rey splashes off Kane's shoulders and pins Batista. Crowd goes home happy.

Rey Mysterio came out and said that he was going to beat Undertaker at the Rumble so Shawn Michaels was out of luck. CM Punk and his crew came out but before much happened Teddy Long decreed that Punk would would take on HHH tonight while Shawn Michaels would wrestle Mysterio. So, Punk got screwed out of his tag title match CM Punk lost to HHH via DQ when the Society attacked HHH. Michaels made the save In a brutal No DQ match, Drew McIntyre beat John Morrison R-Truth beat Chris Jericho Michelle McCool beat Layla, who was wearing a fat suit. Rey Mysterio d. Shawn Michaels by DQ because Batista came in and attacked them. HHH came out to make the save, and Undertaker then appeared and laid out Rey and Shawn

Punk interrupts saying hes the savior and he made taker tap. Undertaker's music hits he appears in the ring. He and Edge cleans house & they stare at each other
Edge vs Jericho.....once again Smackdown delivers the goods while RAW just sucks butt. I can't wait to kick this program off. I see Jericho winning the Elimination Chamber to take the title and have Edge vs Jericho at Wrestlemania.
