Former Raiders QB Rich Gannon extended an offer to give advice and help to the Raiders current QB JaMarcus Russell. The offer to help Russell was turned down by Raiders Senior executive John Herrera. Herrera replied to Gannons offer by saying "It's Rich that needs the help". Gannon spoke on his sirius radio show today saying he wouldn't make the mistake of extending such an offer again after the harsh reaction from Herrera. Source: Profootballtalk.com
I don't know if I agree with that totally bandi. From what I've heard from previous team mates of Gannon's, he was not necessarily a team player. Sure, he might have got the job done(definitely not his whole career), but what kind of locker room influence was he really?
Still yapping about your offer to help huh Gannon, just as I suspected, you wanted some attention for your Sirius show...amazing
Whatever his motives were Russell probably would've benefited from the advice of once successful NFL QB - isolating the Raider organization isn't gonna help anything.
Russell needs all the help he can get, no matter where it comes from. He doesn't seem to understand anything.
great insight why do you care so much about what my team does? just asking, i know you dont watch them being a ravens fan and all. look i would really care what you thought if you watched every game like i do. Im not an expert of your team because i read stat lines and headlines. So heck your Playoff team.
thats what it is your freaking raider hater thats so sad :icon_sad: win something than you can talk right now your team is a waste of talent.
