NFL insider Adam Caplan speculates that Michael Vick can be pried from the Eagles for a conditional fourth or fifth-round pick. Again, this is mere speculation, but it seems unlikely that Vick will be back in Philadelphia if he wishes to compete for a starting gig. Regardless of Donovan McNabb's fate, Kevin Kolb is still around as the Eagles' quarterback of the future. Source: Rototimes.com
Possibly, but only by one horrifically stupid team that would actually think that he could become a good NFL QB. He wasn't good in his last two seasons before his stint in prison and most of the throws he made this year were pretty easy throws where guys were wide open. He doesn't have the same speed or a great arm as a passer. He's living off of name recognition only. He's not any better than some of the other back ups in the league like Charlie Batch, Tyler Thigpen, or Seneca Wallace.
The way i see it, the man needs a 2nd chance, and so does the rams, what? can he hurt the team? i think not....
This Will Be Interesting, Mcnabb might be traded due to the fact that a "New General Manager" is going to be hired and Mcnabb is 33 Years old and is not the Future of the Eagles. Vick and Kolb may compete for the starting qb position next year OR there are several teams that Vick could start for. Vick was and still is a great player, the man has been to 3 Pro-Bowls, with the fact that Vick has been away from the game for 2 years he has really improved this year, in the event that Vick does get traded, I think that him learning from Mcnabb for this year was really good for him. .. So YES!!! this will be interesting....
Your logic is wrong. If a new GM means he will bring in a QB, then he will bring in a QB via draft, not keep two that are 30 or older in that sense. The pro bowl is in no way a great measuring stick when judging a player, see Brett Favre making it last year dispite leading the entire NFL in INTs. How can you even say he is back to being ready to start? because he took maybe 40 or so snaps this season? Because he was able to throw and run against another teams second string players? Or because he threw a TD on a double fake play? Because if you think that then you are a general manager made for Al Davis. Most teams are running a very pass orientated offense, so like I said before, Vick is a horrible fit because he is a horrible passer.
