The Colts have silenced the critics from resting down the stretch by defeating the Ravens tonight. They looked sharp and didn't miss a beat. No sign of rust whatsoever. Congrats Colts fans.
Well on defense they looked rested and not missing a beat, but Manning looked rusty and over threw a few passes.
Manning was 30-41 with 246 yards, a touchdown and an interception. Pretty solid but not eye popping. I missed a couple of those passes. Had errands to run.
Good game Colts fan - the better team won tonight and it certainly brought to light the areas we need improvement on to take that next step. Good luck going forward. :drinks:
This. Against one of the better all around D's in the league. You can call it what you want. So they traded a little rust in victory for health down the stretch. No one has to like it, but cowards? That's just freaking goobered. This. Anyway, they rested their players, came back and won, and looked pretty solid doing it. Nuff said.
So much for thinking the Ravens were going to come out of this game with a win. Ravens just couldn't do much on offense.
