Patriots Could Part With WR Randy Moss After 2010?

There is the real possibility that 2010 could be the last time we see the wide receiver Randy Moss in a Patriots uniform. Moss, who is now 33, is slated to make $6.4 million in base salary this year in the final year of his contract and is showing signs of wear and tear after dealing with a separated shoulder and back spasms last year. Making a decision on the mercurial Moss, who is equal parts magnificent and high-maintenance, is going to be one of the toughest calls the Patriots face.

Even though I don't see it happening and he is getting old...it would be amazing to see him with the Star on his helmet! :icon_cheesygrin:

why would we need another over priced, high drama reciever come to dallas?

I agree...would love to see him in a Cowboy uniform but don't know what price that would bring. I think Moss has grown up and isn't in the same league as Owens when it comes to drama. Just how much he has grown up...i dunno.

I hope we keep him, price be damned.

This isn't really shocking news, his contract is up next year and he'll be 34. I love Moss and hope he can stay productive next year and maybe get an extension but I wouldn't exactly be floored if gets released after 2010.
