Raiders Shopping CB Nnamdi Asomugha

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports via twitter that the Raiders are actively shopping cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha along with most of their roster. Schefter also writes that Asomugha's contract makes him untradeable. The Raiders signed Asomugha to a three-year deal worth up to minimum of $45 million that could reach $50 million back in February 2009, which made him the highest paid defensive back in NFL history.

Yo, Call me crazy -- but Al Davis could walk away from the draft with Taylor Mays, Rolando McClain AND Mike Iupati!!!!!!!!!!! This could be one of the BEST drafts in RAiDER history if this were to happen.

And how the hell are you planning to get three top 20 picks with exactly one first round draft pick? Trade away all your "marvelous" roster? You only have one guy who could even command a first and there's no way anyone would give up a top 20 for Nnamdi.

And Mitchell/Mays being scary? One can only run fast and the other has the coverage skills of a dead guy.

Nnamdi Asomugha - I could see four or five teams trading for him:
Eagles
Jets
Seahawks (My choice)
Browns
Cowboys

I agree that we probably won't end up with Three first round picks, but anything is possible. Knowing ESPN this report is probably false,so who knows?
