Eagles QB Michael Vick Felt He Should've Played More Last Year

  1. Eagles quarterback Michael Vick, entering the last year of his contract, is due a $1.5 million roster bonus on March 5. The Eagles seem likely to pay the bonus and then work out a trade. "I accomplished a lot, probably should have been out there a bit more," Vick told David Squires during a 30-minute conversation at his aunt's real estate office. "But I totally understood my position coming in. And I couldn't override any decision. So moving forward, what I want to do is get into position where I have my own team and becoming a starting quarterback again."

    Cletusaurus YES! YES! YES!

The only thing he could've tried to say to justify that would've been that he constantly looked rusty or unsure of himself on the field so he wanted more reps to get that all out of the way. But when McNabb was obviously a better QB than him, he's right... he knew his role. I just can't wait to watch someone overpay for him and then be disappointed.

Yeah he did looked really rusty i think only towards the Falcons game where he actually looked a bit loose and relaxed. I think he just needed to get into football shape
