ya didnt ask but im telling he got the size and if he can adjust to the speed of the game i think it would be good but do you mean for us to get him
I like him as a pure pass rusher in a 3-4. Kinda like a Greg Ellis. He's big and may be a liability if he has to cover anyone. Im for it if B-Will isnt gonna work out
Williams will work out. But it wouldn't hard to have another pass rushing player on the roster. I see Hardy as more of a project type player than anything. It could take him a few seasons in the NFL before it all clicks. Trading up in the 4th round to get him wouldn't be the worst idea. Although he may go before that.
You never know with pass rushers, those guys can shoot up out of no where Wouldnt mind it at all tho. Most teams dont have two guys that can rush the passer. We'd have possibly 5
I would like Jackson if it wasnt for the injuries, He would probobly be a FS here I wouldnt mind if he was cheap because he is a good player and young still
Soooo there's some news regarding Robert Brewster, we will try him at RT rather than OG. That means Free is the future LT unless Brewster does not pan out at Tackle. They think he will.
Im taking it that cross's OT of the list. And almost eliminates OL in the first Ive also heard Brewster was up to 320
well i guess were trying to build from within but i sgree i dont see JJ picking a ol dude in the first
last night on NFL N on path to the draft they were talking about the DC and they were predicting who we would take and they pick a dude and they had us taking Earl Thomas DB Taylor Mays DB Charles Brown OL Mike Lupoti OL Maurkice Puncey OL what do you dudes think
Omen. Im hoping its either Pouncey, Thomas or Cody One of those three and Im happy Warming up to Brown a bit
who would you say is flashy enough............... JJ is drafting but it seems like Wade and Stephen J have a better hold of him as opposed to years past
Roy Williams (SS), Terence Newman, Demarcus Ware, Marcus Spears, Bobby Carpenter, Anthony Spencer, Mike Jenkins are all flashy playmakers
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Dallas' first round picks since 1989 are: Troy Aikman Emmitt Smith Alvin Harper Kevin Smith Shante Carver David LaFleur Greg Ellis Ebenezer Ekuban Roy Williams Terrence Newman DeMarcus Ware Marcus Spears Bobby Carpenter Anthony Spencer Mike Jenkins Felix Jones Can you help me with this bit and take out the guys Parcells drafted?
Parcells drafted Ware, Spears, Newman and Carpenter Jimmy Johnson drafted Aikman, Walsh (1st round sup pick, would up costing us the top pick in 1990 and the rights to Blair Thomas), Harper and Smith and Wright ( a 2nd rounder, but the 26th overall due to forfeitures). Since Johnson left Felix Jones has been the only skill position player we drafted in the first
I didn't say "skill position". Or did I? I meant he takes players who are flashy for their position and can be thought of as risk-reward prospects. Ekuban, Ellis, Roy Williams, Anthony Spencer, Mike Jenkins and Felix Jones are like that I think (less so with Jenkins than the others). You'll notice though, no offensive linemen. Remove the thought of Pouncey/Brown from your mind. As much sense as it would make, and as good a pick as it would be, it's probably not going to happen.
