  1. Florida State cornerback Patrick Robinson ran a 4.38 40 at the Seminoles Pro Day on Thursday. Robinson looked solid in drills and has now opened the door to possibly being drafted during the final selections of the first round.

It's tough to take these pro day times seriously. Not that they aren't accurate, but they are probably timing just a little faster than what they really run. I'd take their Pro day 40 time and Combine time and say they run in the middle of those 2 times. Let's try not getting all caught up in the 40 times okay people?

If you take a corner you're getting Chris Cook.

    He ran a 4.42 at 6'2", 212.

    That's a better height/weight/speed than Robinson's 5'11, 193, 4,38

Patrick Robinson is going to be a baller. Quite simple to be honest. The State of Florida as a whole spits out great cornerbacks.

Oh and 5'11 193 is just fine. We're talking about the cornerback position here not linebacker or some other position where you almost have to reach x amount in height & weight just to get a shot at playing. Does Cook being 6'2 and 212 make him any better than Robinson? I think not.

only player ive ever seen chase down noel devine from behind....that alone is impressive.

hes can ball, hes raw as heck but in a year or two teams will be throwing away from him

This CB class to me is OK. Not terrible, but not on the level it was in 2008

I think P Rob outside of Haden is the only guy that can be a dominate #1 CB in the NFL. Its gonna take him a few years

See my post above, thats why if we draft a CB, Im hoping its Robinson. I think he is the only CB in this class that can be better than Jenkins. We can bring him along slowly

It matters to Vlad Tepes Davis. And that's what were talking about here. I'm fully aware that 5'11", 193lbs is perfect for a corner.......

I've been on the Kyle Wilson bandwagon long before anyone here. But yeah the CB class is okay. Not many of the guys are going to blow you away but Wilson looks to me like he'll be a playmaker no matter who's secondary he's put in. I love his ball skills, agressiveness, and his knowledge of the game.

ive always liked him, hes really helped his stock out this year, he looks to be a first rounder now. hes scrappy, the thing that surprised me was how good he ran at the combine. i think hes going to be a great pro, you gotta like some of the talent boise is getting lately
