According to WJXT-TV, the Jaguars didn't reach their goal of getting 80 percent of their season ticket holders from last season to renew by the end of March. The Jaguars have been dealing with chronic blackouts on local television and as per the report, the Jaguars have extended their ticket deal promotions. The Jaguars have been mentioned often as a potential candidate to relocate to Los Angeles but owner Wayne Weaver has repeatedly said he remains committed to Jacksonville and that the team will continue working overtime to improve ticket sales. What do you expect? The Jaguars provide thier fans with "CRAP" Product. All the Jaguars need to do is Draft Tim Tebow in the 1st Round. He's a well known figure in Florida.. which means he would be able to sell some tickets. People would literally become Jaguar Fans if they drafted Tim Tebow.
A crap product? When I think of a crap product you think of the Lions, Browns and Raiders. Jaguars have been one of the most consistant franchises over the years, and have almost broken out on many occasions. There is no way Tebow makes the Jaguars a better product. Does it appeal to the locals? Yes. Does it appeal to the right wing hicks? Yes. Does he make the team more successful? Very unlikely.
