:icon_cheesygrin: (FFChamps) The Oakland Raiders released QB JaMarcus Russell earlier today. The move was practically inevitable after the team decided to sign Free Agent Jason Campbell . Russell was the Number 1 overall draft pick in 2007 and despite a $39 million salary over the last three years, he managed to win just seven games. The new ryan Leaf???
merge With the signing of Campbell, I think everyone could see it coming. Now the question is does anyone else think about signing him?
I only copy and paste the new, sorry if there is a wrong date, I post fast and don't read all the information, sorry again :icon_redface:
well now he can leave the NFL and live in obscurity for years on his 39million bucks and be named #1 bomb of the NFL and Ryan Leaf moves down to second place.
now the guy is really going to pork out .................. he'll be 400 pounds by the end of summer ................
lol im suprised how long it took to get posted usually gif is super fast....guess no one gives a crap lol
I think I'm one of the few disappointed in this news. I was always hoping he'd be in Oakland for many, many years. Here's hoping that Jason Campbell is the next Aaron Brooks.
14 other games, nothing wrong with 3 bye weeks instead of 2. Consider this though....Russell actually beat the Chiefs last year, something Campbell couldn't do so there is hope.
