Rams rookie wide receiver Mardy Gilyard, a fourth-round pick (No. 99 overall) in the 2010 draft, was robbed at gunpoint in Cincinnati on Monday night. Gilyard, who played his college ball at the University of Cincinnati, had stopped at a BP gas station with his bodyguard and brother when two men armed with a gun approached. The men got away with $300 in cash and $1,000 in jewelry, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. "I am OK. Just upset, you know, more than anything," Gilyard told the Enquirer. "It's part of living in the city. I know from my experiences in the city when it warms up -- as soon as it warms up -- the grimy cats in the city come out. I wasn't paying attention to my surroundings as much as I should have been." Source: NFL Fanhouse
