meh. maybe the jets as a whole but no one is expecting sanchez to light up the sky...its clear he has the potential to be good but for now hes along for the ride
Sanchez gets a lot of hype, mainly because he plays in New York. His nickname is "Sanchize", but he hasn't really earned or lived up to it throughout the season. Sure, he went 3-0 to start his career, but rarely do rookie QB's play well during their rookie year and Sanchez is no exception, throwing 12 touchdowns and 20 interceptions in '09.
I really think Maurice Jones-Drew isn't going to have a great year...but he's not really that hyped... Don't think that many people are expecting that much out of Sanchez...although he gets a ton of hype. I'll go Brett Favre.
If the Jets had beaten the Colts in the AFC Championship, Sanchez would've had one of the worst, if not the worst, statistical seasons by a starting Super Bowl quarterback.
i think thats the general consensus around the world....i think teams are going to realize that cro with a good hip is a fast ball hawk and when you force it to him cause revis is dominating theres a chance that cro wins the jump ball. passing on a secondary of revis, cro and kyle wilson is going to be really tough, especially since cro is a BEAST when theres a good pass rush and his worst season was when SD had a shaky one. i think he gets 8-10 picks this year as a jet
Michael Crabtree. All this hype about Alex Smith stepping up in the off-season. Let's see him actually play a whole season uninjured and actually play WELL.
