i watched parts of the interviews today on espn and i have to say that she didn't make a very impressive argument and i've been ready to convict Ben all along. she was saying that she said things like, 'we shouldn't be doing this' and didn't seem real emotional either way about the whole thing .......................... hell, if that constitutes rape, then i should be in jail a thousand times over because that's been every one of my sexual encounters in life ................ :icon_cheesygrin:

i just watched the whole interview (on the link) and it was just more of what i saw on espn this morning. i'm no longer suspicious of Ben in this situation. To me, the accuser wasn't acting in a manner consistent with someone who had just been raped. a true rape victim, even if they are alert enough and not shamed enough to sit down for an interview, is going to be much more dispondant, dazed, emotional, and scared re-living the incident. This chick could have been reciting her grocery list as far as i'm concerned .......................... she knew who he was and was looking for a payday ....................
