Meh, I'd love to make funnies, but of course they don't want credentialed guests standing on the sideline wearing enemy colors. This is not a new policy. Sit in the fan section and where what you want.

I believe that there are quite a few teams that have that rule if you are on the side lines you don't wear a competing teams jersey...makes sense, they are a guest of the home team...

damn right it makes sense. why the hell would a team allow anyone on the field to wear an opposing jersey ?

um, because some people don't take football that seriously ................. it's just entertainment. there are WAY more important things in life than what kind of jersey someone is wearing.

    seriously, this is weak ...................

ummm i'm guessing those weirdos you speak of aren't the head coach of a professional football team. but hey beings you are such a self proclaimed expert on how people should go about their lives maybe you could organize a sensitivity course for reid to attend since you are so bothered by this and he is obvious dealing with anger issues.

seriously though, this is really such a non issue. a guy was asked to remove an opposing team's jersey on the practice field.

Jersey > Player is the message here - Donovan did a lot of good things for that club before they dealt him, it's not like he orchestrated sending himself to a divisional opponent so I could totally see how many Philly fans could still have a soft spot for him.

If a fan wants to wear that stupid jersey to an Eagles game fine, just sit in the stands and you can wear whatever, but on the field it's their rule that no opposing team jersey's are allowed, ridiculous to some, maybe but rules are rules...and if you love McNabb so freaking much, wear the Eagle # 5...

which is fine and you can wear the jersey in the stands, just not on the field itself. totally back reid on this one.

    bravo coach !!!
