Watching the Panthers @ Steelers pre-season game Byron Leftwich down with a knee injury after an offensive linemen rolled it over. It was examined on the sideline and then he went to the locker room. No more news out yet except he won't return and the coaches don't look happy. I'm sure you're not but I'm still saying he gave us the best chance to win and he was making nasty deep throws before his injury. But if Dixon is the qb I'll back him.
Looks like Batch has a roster spot.... Dixon can extend plays with his athleticism but has been shaky in the preseason. He'll improve with playing time.
