FOX6 Sports in Milwaukee is reporting that the Minnesota Vikings have signed wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh. Even FOX6 itself seems unsure of its own report, saying they can not "personally confirm nor deny" their source's claim. Still, the signing would make a ton of sense for the Vikings, who have lost Sidney Rice to a hip injury and cut Javon Walker today. Although Houshmandzadeh is well below average after the catch and as a playmaker, he can still help the Vikings as a possession receiver.

Times running out on Vincent Jackson. After a certain date, maybe its already passed, he will be suspended for an additional 3? games unless he signs. Plus his 3 game suspension for the DUI, so if we did get him, there would be a chance he wouldn't be able to play until Rice is back.

He's awful. I have no idea why you want a cancer that can't run or catch anymore/.

Yea i knew about that but I have seen a lot of ppl say we should get him so i was thinking maybe the time didnt come yet...but you are right the time is either getting near or has passed.

I agree, i just thought he would be a tiny bit better then T.J, I always thought he was trash, i have looked at his highlights and he is WIDE open literally every single catch. So he really isnt showing that he can go and get the ball, all the attention goes to Gates and he just gets wide.

I was talking about TJ. I love Vjax, but I don't think he is as good as everyone else. I think San Diego was a perfect spot for him. It's just hard to find big strong WR's that can go get it and really know how to block on running plays. His biggest intangible is he might be the best blocking WR in the league.

San Diego is asking for a lot for Jackson 2 second round picks and a staring player. ....getting T.J. would be a better option you're not giving up anything.

Jackson's not worth even close to 2 second round picks...one is even arguable. Houshmanzadeh is defintely cheaper and definitely less talented. You get what you pay for here.
