The San Fransisco 49ers host the New Orleans Saints at Candlestick Park on Monday 09/20/10. Kickoff time is 8:30 pm EST Discuss….
Seeing how the 49ers made the Seahawks offense look like the Saints, Logic says the Saints should win big. I won't be surprised at all if the 49ers put up more of a fight this week though. Saints 34 - 23
i agree. i can't imagine the 49ers not being motivated to avoid embarassment on national t.v. but the saints will win
this is going to be closer than people think. the saints werent all impressive their game. if the niners dont shoot themselves in the butt again in the redzone... they could very well win. 2 of those seahawks touchdowns could have been easily defended. it just happened that clements and brown were caught being too aggressive and guessing short pbutt. the main factor i think is going to be the offensive line. If the niner's oline gets a better push then last week. gore is going break some be nice runs. mike sing dont like when cant we cant run so u know he lit a fire under their asses
I agree....if not for Jerry Rices' jersey retirement ceremony at halftime. We got blanked 35-0 against Dallas in 1995 on Monday night....same night Phil Simms #11 was retired. New Orleans should win this one but I wouldn't be surprised if SF is still in it late in the 4th. New Orleans 31 - San Francisco 27
i think that this game will be close. the 9er's will definitely be hyped up and maybe even score early we just have to ride that wave of emotion and come back swinging....by no means will SF just lay down. i think that we win by at least 7, but in a dog fight
also...if you have bush in FF...start him. he's great success against SF and will be playing with a little extra umpf. i hope like hell he strikes the heisman pose in the endzone when he scores :icon_cool:
Aints 45-13. The 49ers looked like a bad HS team least week, and if the freaking Seahawks can put 38 up on their "vaunted" defense, the Saints should be able to top that by a TD easily.
take the niners in an upset. last weeks Mike Singletary impersonation of Mel Gibson tirade lights a fire under his player. 28-17.
keep an eye on the vilma/gore match up....it should be good New Orleans Saints' Jonathan Vilma, San Francisco 49ers' Frank Gore set to renew rivalry | NOLA.com
Im not expecting a blow out. But, Saints offense won't sputter along like in week 1. Brees and company get it into the endzone a lot more. Saints win 38-27
